As per the Mandarin's website, the individual fee for dinnertime buffet is $26.99 plus taxes and gratuities, per person. When we made the reservation (guesstimating for a single table of 30), the restaurant applied an 'included gratuity' when quoting us a price of $28.99 per person, plus taxes, inclusive of a gratuity. However, since then, all things considered: It became apparent the best arrangements for everyone and especially the chapter, would be for separate bills. So, the final bill you will be asked to pay by Mandarin Restaurant will depend on whether or not you sit directly at our "Reserved" table, and what you may or may not have to drink. Please budget and order accordingly. Everyone is responsible for their own bill.
