This summer the Career Education Department at Laney College (Oakland) is offering a number of programs for interested students in the Bay Area.
The programs range from 3 to 5 weeks long and are focused on learning about different career pathways while earning college credit through hands-on activities. There are five high school outreach programs, as well as regularly scheduled Laney classes. Applications for the HS outreach programs are available at http://Laney.edu/summer. If you're interested in one of the regularly scheduled Laney courses, you can enroll now (go to the bottom of this page to find information on where to register).
