What sets DMAC Machining apart from other machine shops in the area is that they pride themselves on fulfilling delivery requests they commit to, and attention to detail. DMAC Machining has a full shop of diverse CNC milling and CNC turning centers as well as manual mills and lathes.   They focus primarily on prototype and short run production and being well equipped ensures they can manufacture just about any component you need.  Complex or simple, tiny or large, one or one thousand, or anywhere in between, they can probably cover it.  

Their in-house, climate-controlled Metrology Lab is equipped with a state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) as well as a no-contact Vision Inspection System and the latest CMM Manager software to run both.  The CMM and Vision Inspection System are calibrated annually to ISO/NIST standards and all other measuring devices are continuously calibrated in-house to certified precision gauges and standards. Their QA System includes first article inspections, continuous in process inspections on the shop floor, and final Inspection using one of their CMM machines in the lab before delivery.
