AquaPhoenix Scientific is a manufacturer and distributor of drop count test kits, reagents, chemicals, testing supplies, and science education kits.
Continuous improvement is at the core of day-to-day operations through lean manufacturing initiatives and an ISO quality management system. Every aspect of the company is being improved – from test kit manufacturing, to customer service, to technical support and development.
AquaPhoenix has worked hard to establish a corporate culture and climate that places a high value on teamwork, encouragement and communication. C.S.I. boards (Concerns, Suggestions and Improvements) allow for an open platform where employees share ideas to make improvements throughout the company. Employees are also involved in internal and external training and certification programs to strengthen their professional development.
