Manufacturing is a significant economic driver globally as well as an important part of the economy in California's North Bay area in varying degrees. With the significant transformation in the manufacturing industry within the United States, our state of California and our local area, it is more important than ever to partner with local community leaders to create sustainable and vibrant economies. Currently scheduled to speak with us are Sonoma County Supervisors Efren Carrillo of District 5 and James Gore of District 4 along with acting Assistant Santa Rosa City Manager and Director of Economic Development and Housing, Dave Gouin. We will hear about the challenges and opportunities for strengthening manufacturing, technology and innovation within our area business community. These talks will be followed by an interactive Q&A.
Registration begins at 11:30am and the program will start promptly at 12pm noon. Lunch provided with ticket purchase and will be served by the Vintner's Inn consisting of an organic salad, vegetarian soup and gourmet sandwiches followed by fresh baked cookies & brownies. Early bird pricing available. Tickets will not be available at the door.
