9th and 10th February, VIT UNIVERSITY.
The most awaited workshop of the semester, COMPUTATIONAL TECHNIQUES IN ENGINEERING the 3rd edition is here.

CTE or Computational Techniques for Engineers’ workshop is one more pioneer workshop SME VIT organizes. The workshop aims at strengthening the foundations of computation techniques much needed in the fields of modeling, simulation, design, and analysis. While the curriculum has already incorporated several lessons of many of the design related software, it has also encumbered many more advanced techniques from being taught in class-based learning. Here, in this workshop, students get a chance to learn and explore the techniques from a more advanced point of view pertaining to the industrial environment.

Speakers for the workshop will be

Dr. Vasudevan
Dean school of mechanical engineering

Dr. Mallikarjun Reddy
Head of the department (Design & Automation)

Dr. Bibin John
Head of the Department (Energy)

Dr. Thundil karuppa raj
Head of the Department (Automotive)

In this 2-days long workshop, you are taken through the basics of Solidworks, Ansys and Computational Fluid Dynamics to the advanced tiers through systematic and comprehensive steps. At the end of the workshop, you have insightful hands-on experience with all these software and an application-oriented idea-base for product design and simulation. If you are a "Go-getter to do better" and want to have an edge over the rest, this workshop is what you should never miss out.
