Good Monday Morning SME Members. Thank you for continuing to support manufacturing through membership with SME.
As spring break time arrives, remind students as well as remembering yourself, that manufacturing enhances leisure lifestyles. Someone has to design, test, build, and transport items that sometimes we don't' think about as "manufactured": Sunglasses, towels, food and even sunscreen. Manufacturing impacts everyday life! And you are a valuable part of that.
Two items we want to draw to your attention this week.
1. Please remember the SME Online Resume Review and Career Guidance Fair on April 4, 2018. You can register at https://app.brazenconnect.com/a/sme/e/XB8Nn. If you are aware of anyone who may be looking for a career change, please alert them to this event.
2. Please make plans to attend the RAPID TCT show in Fort Worth in April. SME Members will have access to an SME Member-Only lounge to recharge their phones, engage in conversation with other members and learn what is happening in the world of additive manufacturing all in one location.
