The Grand Rapids Chapter 38 is continuing to contact students during the Robotics competitions and promoting the benefits of a high school student membership. If you are an SME member and mentoring students this year, we would like you to continue encouraging SME membership and providing us your contact information. We want to engage the students in all the Chapter 38 events.
If we don't know you or have your contact information, we can't include you in our efforts to promote Manufacturing in Michigan. We continue to promote local business tours and summer workshops that your students should attend to get a better idea of what they would need to study or work in these areas. If you think your business would be a great event for the SME members, contact us to schedule a meeting.
