  Dr. Peter Lau is Founder and Maker-in-Chief at Makerwiz, an all-in-one 3D Technology Shop, Digital Fabrication Lab and STEAM Education Space located in Richmond Hill, ON.


Abstract of Talk:
Since the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Makerwiz has partnered with sponsors such as Celestica to manufacture over 2500 custom designed face shields, supplying front line healthcare workers at 9 major hospitals and 4 long term care homes in their times of desperate needs. In this talk, Peter will share his experience in this meaningful project.
