Introduction to Society of Women Engineers
Come learn about Society of Women Engineers.  Neveia Chappell will provide an introduction to this great organization that has been supporting women in engineering since 1950.  Come listen to Neveia discuss the role of SWE and the Golden Gate Section in the support and development of women in engineering.

About the Presenter
Neveia Chappell is currently the Outreach Chair for the Golden Gate Section for Society of Women Engineers (SWE-GGS).  She has been a member of SWE-GGS for  15 years.  Before that, she was involved in SWE as a college student.  She volunteers for many STEM outreach activities working directly with middle-school girls.  She has a bachelors degree in electrical engineering and is currently working on an associates degree in machine tool technology at the SRJC.
