Lasers in Automotive Symposium

TRUMPF Inc. is a leading manufacturer of laser technology for industrial applications in North America. The TRUMPF Lasers in Automotive Symposium includes in-depth technical presentations covering laser materials processing topics on eMobility, lightweighting and Additive Manufacturing in the automotive industry. Included with the symposium is a tour of the Laser Application Center. The highlight laser application demonstrations include SeamLine remote welding, BrightLine welding, plastic to metal welding, hairpin welding and ablation, and VIN engraving. This event coincides with the grand opening of TRUMPF’s brand new Additive Manufacturing lab, where Laser Metal Fusion and Laser Metal Deposition systems and applications will be shown.
