Lean Principles and Applications

In this session, we will discuss the core principles of lean and how they can be applied to a variety of settings from manufacturing to healthcare. We'll discuss what it takes to develop and work in a lean environment along with some of the common reasons that lean fails. We'll also talk about Lean Certification in terms of how you can approach certification that is meaningful to you. We'll have plenty of time to answer questions that may come up.
