The VHX-7000 is the world’s first 4K resolution digital scope. The VHX
offers a magnification range from 0-6000x magnification, comes equipped
with a camera that can tilt all the way down to 90degees, and natively
provides a depth of field 20x larger than a conventional stereoscope.
Keyence microscopes are ready out of the box to take measurements
including basic 2D and 3D measurements as well as advanced 2D functions
to automatically measure grain size, ISO compliant cleanliness testing, and
general feature counting. An industry first lighting mode provides image
resolution rivaling a SEM, allowing users to identify minute surface defects
at low magnification. The versatility and modular configuration of options
eliminates the need for multiple tools to cover different applications.
