Companies such as Equifax, Yahoo, Uber and our beloved Game of Thrones (HBO – Time Warner) could not escape the inevitable.  The link below is the executive summary of Verizon’s 2017 report. We constantly hear about how the threat to businesses and our personal lives are growing but what exactly are they? How can companies help protect themselves? Rotem Iram, the Founder and CEO of At-Bay and Captain in Israel’s elite Intelligence Unit 8200, will discuss exactly that. The presentation will touch on topics such as the evolution of cyber risks, real life examples to manufacturing companies, how to help protect yourself and your business, and if an event does take place, what’s next?

Bios:


Rotem Iram is the Founder and CEO of cyber insurance start-up At-Bay. With nearly two decades of security and engineering experience, Rotem previously served as a Managing Director and COO in the Cyber Security practice of K2 Intelligence, a leading global risk management firm focusing on cyber intelligence, cyber defense strategy, and incident response. Rotem began his career as a Captain in Israel’s elite Intelligence Unit 8200, and also served as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Rotem holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Hebrew University, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Alexander Canter is a Sales Executive at AssuredPartners, a comprehensive risk management and insurance advisory service firm. Alexander has been in the insurance business for over 5 years working as both an underwriter and broker helping businesses protect themselves.  Alex holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
