This talk explores the personal leadership required for a high-performing, healthy team. You'll discover the common reasons for team dysfunction, the essential skills of a healthy team player, and several team health hacks that you can use to help your team get along and get things done. But the skills only get you halfway. You'll also learn how your choice to "go first" on team health is what makes all the difference.
