Engineers have the difficult task to characterize asset performance and anticipate asset health in near real-time; a time-consuming endeavor consisting of repetitive data cleansing and calculations. Calendar-based maintenance can lead to unnecessary work and at times be detrimental. This results in increased costs, lost revenue, and risks to business goals.

With Seeq and AWS, teams can implement a predictive-based monitoring analysis to monitor asset health across hundreds of assets. By utilizing historical data to create a predictive maintenance forecast, they can preemptively detect asset failures before they occur.

Discover how Seeq empowers process manufacturing organizations to rapidly investigate and share insights from their data to drive predictive maintenance and increase profitability.

Brian Crandall
Enterprise Sales Executive
Seeq

Brian’s passion is collaborating with and empowering Seeq customers.

Brian has a knack for implementing software solutions so that the users get a return on investment and have a great overall experience. This was evident during his 15 year tenure in the process automation industry. There he configured process control systems and built core software products to get plants up and running faster and more efficiently. Brian is excited to apply his skills at Seeq in the emerging field of data analytics.

Brian’s professional highlights include leading a successful multi-million dollar process automation project for a biotech plant, developing a software product to make virtual machine deployment easy for process engineers, and executing a marketing campaign to generate revenue around data integration. All along the way Brian has been keenly interested in applying statistical methods to large data sets and creating productivity tools to allow people to do their jobs better. To him, Seeq seems like a perfect fit going forward in his career.

Brian holds Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering. The first from the Colorado School of Mines (he still has fond memories of Golden, CO) and the latter from the University of Texas at Austin (where he lives today). Brian enjoys watching live music, biking, crossfit workouts, home improvement projects, and being a family man with his wife, two kids, and three dogs.
