My name is Linda DiRocco. After working in the financial industry for almost 15 years I found that my strong suit was not actually working with numbers but with people. In 2014 I began my certification in Human Resources. I loved the fact that I was able to assist people in a variety of ways, especially when it came to promoting personal growth and development. I am enthusiastic, highly motivated, and detail oriented. My role in a Human Resource capacity has given me the ability and skill set to provide creative, innovative, and forward-thinking leadership in a team environment with a focus on achieving continuous, improved business performance.
