Membership Team Monday Minute - January 29, 2018

Happy Monday SME Members!
First, I personally want to say THANK YOU for being a member of SME and working hard to improve the state of manufacturing in this country and around the world.
Due to your efforts in recruiting new members, SME is beginning the year with a growth of membership numbers. Two areas to highlight: our high school student membership (free) and our corporate group membership. However, with colleges and other post secondary schools beginning to get back into class, we expect to see an increase in that area as well.
If you are not familiar with the SME Corporate Membership program, I encourage you to take a look and see what companies are participating and see if you can encourage your company to join in. The information is at www.sme.org/corporate-membership/ for your review.
I would like to also take this opportunity to remind our professional chapter leaders that their Chapter forms are due in by January 31.
