We are investigating the addition nanoparticles into palm oil for use in Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) when hard turning hardened steel. I would appreciate information on characterizing the lubricant or rather nanolubricant so that we can relate the properties with its tribology and turning performance.
Many thanks.

Hi Carol,
Many thanks for your prompt reply together with the 2 papers. Both papers were MQL application in Grinding.
Any possibility of finding papers on MQL application in Hard Turning and more specifically the testing/characterization of nanolubricants which could be in the form of paper/guideline/standard?
Again many thank for your anticipated help.
