Hi. I was wondering if you can send me any current information about extrusion molding. I am interested in what is required to and an explanation of this type of molding for extruding drinking straws.

Hi, Lisa. The material will be plant-based, so quite a bit different from traditional plastic materials.

Hi David,
There's current literature about the extrusion molding process in general, but only a few resources on this type of molding for drinking straws.
Please see the 2 attached files. One is a new equipment announcement and the other a patent application.
