I am looking for any information I can find that explains the hot wire cutting process of EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam and recommended "best practices". It would also be helpful to understand how to determine the proper process parameters to cut EPS using a hot wire. These parameters may include: cut speed, wire length, wire diameter, wire material, current through the wire (heat setting?),... and how the parameters relate to a specific density foam.
