Kansas City Royals Baseball - Private Tour of Kauffman Stadium
On September 9, 2021, SME Chapter 57 sponsored a private tour of Kauffman Stadium. The tour began at 3:30 pm and lasted until 5:15 pm. Jill Selb-Schaub, our tour guide did a great job of explaining the history of team and adding stories about the stadium’s construction and renovations.
The tour stops were as follows: Royals Hall of Fame, Royals Dugout, Interview Room, Joe McGuff Press Box, Outfield Plaza, Triple Crown Suite, Diamond Club, Craft & Draft Food Area and the Party Deck. The cost of the tour was $25 per person.
Each member of the tour group received a special Kauffman Stadium baseball hat and 50th anniversary canvas picture. Remember the Kansas City Royals slogan for 2021: “Together Royal”.
