LIFT Off: Presented by ATC Materials
Moldable RF Materials as Enabling Technology for Hypersonic Sensors and Seekers
Tuesday, February 22
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET

ATC is a material development and engineering small business focusing on novel solutions primarily for DoD customers.  Founded in 1996, ATC operates two business units, armor and RF materials.  ATC armor develops structural, multi-hit armor with a patented geometric strike plate and metal-composite design.  ATC specializes in armor for insensitive munitions and has qualified and fielded solutions for the protection of missiles and other energetics.  ATC RF materials produces dielectric materials for extreme environments including space based communications and hypersonic sensors and seekers.  Materials have flown aboard the International Space Station and our RIPS material has received multi-service OSD-level support for hypersonic applications.  All materials are uniquely injection-moldable to net shape.

This presentation will introduce ATC Materials and their capabilities including modeling and simulation tools used for armor and material development.  ATC’s current LIFT program on the continued development of materials for hypersonic applications will be the feature of this presentation.
