Weldon Solutions can trace its roots in York, PA back to the Flinchbaugh family in the 1890’s. The company has evolved into a manufacturer of world-class Cylindrical Grinders and Robotic Automation Systems serving manufacturers across North America and beyond. Weldon customers are found in numerous industries, including: Transportation, Aerospace, Defense, Food, Computer Chips, and many, many more.

With over forty years of experience in design and build of grinders, Weldon’s eight models process parts of all sizes by finishing part diameters (inside and outside) and non-round geometries. As a Level IV Authorized System Integrator for FANUC Robotics for nearly twenty-five years, Weldon provides custom robotic automation work cells for Machine Tending, Material Handling, Assembly, Material Removal, Palletizing, and Dispensing. Many regional machine builders have partnered with Weldon by using FANUC Robots to enhance the capabilities of the equipment that they provide.

Weldon Solutions has been 100% Employee-Owned since 2000. The dedicated team at Weldon works closely together to provide cost-effective manufacturing systems. Prompt on-site technical support keeps customers in production and has led to ongoing relationships with leading manufacturing firms.

The January 21 tour will include a presentation entitled “Fundamentals of Abrasives and Cylindrical Grinding” that qualifies for 1.0 Professional Development Hour (PDH) if you require continuing education as a licensed Professional Engineer or other certification.

Tours at Weldon Solutions are open to US Citizens. Photography is not allowed. Due to the timing of this tour, there will be no requirement for Safety Glasses or Safety Shoes.
