CESMII Smart Manufacturing Roadshow

While Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing have gained considerable attention in recent years, adoption has not yet become widespread. As the needs of their customers and supply chain continue to evolve, some manufacturers have leveraged technology to remain dynamic and competitive. Despite the perceived benefits, many small and medium-sized manufacturers are uncertain where to start with digital transformation and smart manufacturing due to a lack of exposure to the technology and knowledge of its use cases.

SCMEP has partnered with ThinkIQ and CESMII, the Smart Manufacturing Institute, to host a Smart Manufacturing Road Show to provide manufacturers the opportunity to:

• Engage in deep-dive sessions with immersive learning
• Learn practical approaches to get started in implementing Smart Manufacturing
• Take a tour of the SiMT facility, featuring CNC and Additive Manufacturing capabilities
