Chapter member Ryan Tedjasukmana, CAM-F, who recently transferred from Oakland-Macomb Chapter 69 in Auburn Hills, Michigan, has worked extensively with Tooling U-SME.
He’ll tell us the story of how Tooling U-SME was developed, and cover what subjects are contained in the course catalog. Did you know that customized classes can be developed for your company or work group, and that you can use the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee training? Tooling U-SME can also be used to study for SME Certifications. One Tooling U-SME course per year is free as part of your membership.
Ryan will demonstrate what an actual Tooling U-SME course is like, so we learn to use this important career tool. He’ll include a promo about tuXperience, an SME sponsored event coming up in June, where we can learn about the latest trends in manufacturing training and workforce development.
