About Denise:

High-energy, collaborator, dedicated and born to inspire others. Over 20 years of experience in manufacturing training and sales. My experience is from the trenches. The first trench included corporate training and sales when VHS and books were the medium. I assisted companies in the set-up of their training as well as conducting train-the-trainer sessions. After having 5 children, I entered back into the corporate training world by being employed at our local community college in the Business & Industry Customized Training department. Another trench was assisting in the management of our family business, a small machine shop. My passion for workforce development has given me opportunities to share across the country on the topics of attraction and retention as well as encouraging collaboration in a multi-generational workplace. My whole life attitude was greatly impacted in the spring of 2015 when my 20 year old daughter was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. I have learned to appreciate every moment, even the hard ones!
