13th Annual SME Student Presentation Competition

Engineering students from UI, EWU, and GU will be making technical presentations and competing for cash prizes. Each student will give a ten-minute presentation on a manufacturing related subject. Prizes will be $500 for first place winner, $400 for second place, and $300 for third place; the three runners-up will each receive $100. Senior members of Chapter 248 will judge the presentations for manufacturing relevance, technical content, technical knowledge, presentation skills, and adherence to the time limit. 
This is a great opportunity to support these students and programs as well as be part of a fun evening. Please plan on attending. A dinner will precede the competition.
