Join Southern Piedmont at MakerSpace Charlotte

MakerSpace Charlotte is a non-profit organization for Makers of all ages. Southern Piedmont will tour their facility on Aug 23 at 6 PM.  We will see tools, supplies, and equipment available in the shop.  Whether you prefer crafting, woodworking, laser cutting, 3D printing, or more, there’s something for all types of Makers! Immediately afterward Southern Piedmont will visit Queen City Robotics Alliance (QCRA) to tour the FIRST robotics practice field and robot build area. See an actual FIRST team in action and see a robot demonstration. 

SME members can attend an Intro to CNC using the X-Carve workshop for $45.
