Additive Manufacturing for Investment Casting (AM4IC)

While the world keeps on searching for the silver bullet solutions, we are driving industry to understand and define solutions in a collaborative manner, that will exceed all e xpectations.

I would like to invite you and your peers to a symposium that we are having in the Cleveland area the 14th and 15th of March.  Here is the info as we have made it open to everyone: .

An overriding theme that is ongoing is that businesses cannot get parts to the higher-level Supply Chain Tiers, whether they are Commercial or Defense.

As the Chair of the Investment Casting Institute’s Additive Manufacturing Subcommittee, I am leading an effort to start bringing the metals community together so that we can learn how to apply these new technologies at our fingertips to improve our businesses as well as to close on our parts commitments.

We have just released the announcement for our symposium to be held on the 14th and 15th of March adjacent to the Cleveland Hopkins Airport.  It is open to members as well as non-members and no-metals folks.

The world of materials is about to take a step change and we hope to see a cross industry representation at this meeting.

I would appreciate it if you could please pass on the info to others that may be interested and if your peers should have any questions to please get back to me.

Thanks for your attention to this and if you have any questions, please get back to me.  Regards, Don
