Skilled Labor Gap Analysis - A DoD Cornerstone Project
New

Hello All,

Our team has been commissioned by the Department of Defense to conduct research on skilled labor with the intent to identify and quantify skilled labor workforce needs and educational curriculum gaps in localized areas so that the skilled labor resources needed for the future are being developed today.

The participation of diverse manufacturing organizations is crucial to ensure that the results of our project present a comprehensive dataset that represents the manufacturing industry’s current and future needs around human capital. This data will be utilized to support the government when funding allocation and new programs are discussed. To produce the data driven results we are seeking we require everyone’s assistance.

If you are part of the manufacturing industry and can speak for an organization about human capital, current needs, and future needs, please utilize the QR Code below to answer some questions around this topic. We are especially interested in respondents from the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York.
