You might recall article published in SME.ORG Sept 2020 describing Dynamic Solid State. There were 2 IPs granted at the time. Fast forward December 2024. Now received 6 x USPTOs + last week ‘Notice of Allowance’.

We join metal w/ no heat affected zone, no fusion line. NOT friction. Applies deep sea submarine to aerospace to Space. We joined Zirconium tubing to rod (tubing 12 mm PD, 0.5 mm wall). The weld held fast. The wall material gave away.

Have proposed to send demo weld unit to Space. We can weld in Space. Why? Enclose picture from NASA. There is a fatal flaw. Maybe SME members will pick it out in no time.
