NAM A&D + M&O Industry Process - Technical Executive Expert
Rani Richardson brings technical expertise and extensive real-life mechanical engineering experience that includes composites and additive manufacturing design and manufacturing to her current position as a NAM A&D and M&O Industry Process - Technical Executive Expert at Dassault Systèmes. In this role, she is responsible for leading all activities related to the sales and technical sales engagement. Prior to this, Rani was the Director, CATIA Technical Sales for Light Weight Engineering at Dassault Systèmes overseeing the CATIA brand for Composites and Additive Manufacturing in North America. Rani consults with Dassault Systèmes customers, particularly industry-leading aerospace and automotive companies, concentrating on implementation, education, demonstrations, and business development for solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Prior to Dassault Systèmes, Ms. Richardson worked for nearly a decade at Magestic Systems, a leader in nesting and laser projection solutions, where she was the Director of Operations.
A&D Industry Solution Experience Senior Manager
Jessica Kinman is an Industry Solution Experience Senior Manager with Dassault Systèmes specializing in the Aerospace & Defense Industry processes for Engineering and Manufacturing. With 15 years’ experience in the Manufacturing industry, she is responsible for leading the business strategy for digital transformation worldwide for multiple OEMs and suppliers. She was previously a senior Business consultant leading value engagement workshops to define the implementation strategy, identify value and built business cases for customers in all Industries. Jessica was at Boeing for 10 years’ where she ran the 2nd Century Enterprise System transformation team for Boeing’s Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) project. She held various positions on the Manufacturing floor as an electrician, team leader and manufacturing manager to support multiple developmental programs and electrical certification projects. Prior to Boeing, she held various positions at Walmart’s Opelika Distribution center including their Operations Manager responsible for managing their dry shipping operations to support 200 southeast stores. She earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology. She has a BA in Business Management and Operations and an MBA from Washington State University. Jessica is the Vice-Chair for Women in Manufacturing for Washington State and she serves as an office and Board of Directors on the Women in Manufacturing National Board.

Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA
Rachel Fu leads an R&D strategy team responsible for delivering technical solutions aimed at targeted emerging markets across all industries, including additive manufacturing. She has been with the SIMULIA brand of Dassault Systèmes for over thirteen years, and spent five of those years as an on-site engineer at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Her simulation specializations include composites, fracture, FEM automation, and additive manufacturing. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
