SME Champions Needed

Champions needed! 😊

An SME Champion is an important volunteer role that's designed to help improve and increase engagement on SME Connect, our private, online community. By helping other members, an SME Champion not only helps strengthen the resources for members and the organization but the community of manufacturing as well. 

Benefits of the program:

• Members helping members offer solutions to technical questions, provide information or share career advice
• Provide input into SME content and feature content ideas
• Grow the collective and searchable manufacturing knowledge
• Receive exclusive SME recognition items
• Champions badge

Requirements:
SME Champions regularly participate in discussion forum topics and reply to threads. By applying and being accepted into this program, a Champion agrees to:

• Help answer questions posted by other members on their assigned pages 
• Help welcome new members into SME Connect
• Share digital content from SME Connect on personal external pages (i.e., LinkedIn) to drive traffic and engagement back to the site
• Provide feedback to SME staff

Time Commitment: 

• 1 to 3 hours per month
