Charlotte Student Seeks SME AM Project Input
Published
This is a call to Southern Piedmont Chapter 182 to assist their own SME student member, Konrad Campbell. Konrad is a senior, mechanical engineering technology student at UNC Charlotte who is reaching out to SME members to be a resource for an additive manufacturing design project. He is asking for assistance during an unprecedented time in education. Imagine being a College of Engineering student who is working on a major design project during a stay-at-home order. These are critical times, the decision limits face-to-face discussions with project champions and prevents physical hands-on equipment time. These are huge obstacles for professionals and understandably, even a more stressing for undergraduates.  Â
Show Konrad, his fellow students, faculty members, and university administrators the value of SME membership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Click HERE or use the following URL to share your manufacturing expertise and support with our hard-working, courageous student member, Konrad Campbell. https://connect.sme.org/discuss/viewtopic/41/611
Even if you can not provide an expert opinion, please show SME support by offering a word of encouragement. Â
