Jim Rogers Scholarship Fund

SME Houston is soliciting donations for our local chapter's Jim Rogers Scholarship. This scholarship fund was created in memory of our former SME Houston chapter member and mentor Jim Rogers. It was Mr. Rogers' passion for the manufacturing profession and his vision of a local scholarship fund that inspired us to dedicate a memorial scholarship in his name.  This scholarship is intended to provide some financial assistance to engineering students who are interested in manufacturing. More details on application criteria will be announced at a later date.
If you are interested in donating to the fund, please send a check or money order payable to "Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Houston Chapter 029"
and address it to Paul Chan, 2007 Golden Topaz Dr, Rosharon, TXÂ 77583-6919.
All contributions to the Jim Rogers Scholarship Fund are tax-deductible subject to current tax deduction provisions. SME Houston is a non-profit organization covered under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our tax ID is 74-6061412. Inquiries regarding the scholarship fund can be directed to Paul Chan at smehoustontreasurer@comcast.net
